Most items will ship in 1-3 business days. Items requiring customizations (including Sizing) may take up to 14 Days to ship.

Your Birthstone.com jewelry will look better and last longer if it is treated with care. An easy analogy is to think of your Birthstone.com jewelry as you would a fine garment, and wear it accordingly – that is, don’t swim, shower, garden, sleep, etc. in it, and it will provide you with a lifetime of wear, personal pleasure, and endless compliments.

Metals

Sterling Silver, Gold Plated Silver, 14K Gold, 18K Gold and Platinum may be safely cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.  Avoid the use of abrasive polishes, pastes and cleaners.  Avoid exposing your jewelry to household chemicals, fragrances and cosmetics as well as acidic and chlorinated substances.

Treatment recommendations vary by stone type and can be found on each individual product page.

We hope nothing ever happens to your jewelry but in case there is any damage we are here to help! Repairs will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email us at Info@birthStone.com with as much detail as possible. Any issues due to defect will be covered free of charge.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns must be unworn and in the state that you received them.

We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders. Simply use the return label included to send your order back to us. Please make sure the jewelry is secure so no damage occurs during shipment.
